Preliminary design of a conveyor system and collection of procurement materials

Challenge:

In addition to the preliminary design of its new material conveyor system, the customer also wanted ready-made procurement materials, based on which the system could be ordered and implemented.

Solution:

Enmac prepared preliminary designs and layout images of the structure of the conveyor system and loading station, specified the framework conditions and risks to be considered in close cooperation with the customer. The challenges of dust management and material crushing that emerged were solved by means of product development methods and testing.

In addition, Enmac prepared documents for the procurement and implementation of the various parts of the system.
