Bioethanol plant

Challenge:

Product development of a bioethanol plant using local biowaste so that the plants can be duplicated cost-efficiently.

Solution:

Enmac implemented the entire plant and mechanical engineering of the bioethanol plant based on the customer’s process specifications.

Result:

A modular plant structure whose ethanol production capacity exceeded the customer’s goals. The plants have been duplicated and there are several in use in Finland.
